铅对红细胞聚集性的影响

摘    要:
用血沉方程、细胞电泳及红细胞聚集形态学观测等方法研究了体外条件下铅对红细胞聚集性的影响。结果表明,与未加铅红细胞相比较,加铅红细胞:①沉降K值变化显著(P1h<0.05,P2h<0.05),并与铅浓度相关(r1h=-0.86,P<0.05,r2h=0.74,P<0.05);②电泳率减小(P<0.05),与铅浓度相关(r=-0.95,P<0.05);③最大聚集体平均直径增大(P<0.05),与铅浓度相关(r=0.98,P<0.05)。提示用铅处理过的红细胞聚集性增大,并与加铅浓度有明显剂量──效应关系。

Abstract:
The effect of lead on erythrocyte aggregation in vitro was studied by sedimentation equation,cell electrophoresis and morphlogic measurement of erythrocyte aggregulation.Compared with the controls,the erythrocytes treated with lead showed(1)The sedimention value K changed significantly(P1h<0.05,P2h<0.05)and correlated with lead concentration(r1h=-0.86,P<0.05,r2h=-0.74),(2)the electrophoretic mobility was reduced(P<0.05)and correlated with lead concentration(r=0.95,P<0.05)and(3)the average diameter of the largest aggregation body increased(P<0.05)and correlated with lead concentration(r=0.98,P<0.05).The study shows that erythrocytes treated with lead result in an increased aggregation and is dose-dependent.
