| Abstract: | In order to evaluate the coagulometers'influence on INR. by lmitating the reference method of World Health Organization(WHO) demarcation thromboplastin, has used an already known thromboplastin of the international Sensitivity index(ISI) to demarcate the distinctine quality ISI of two kinds of coagulometers, and has made the report of PT result in the form of INR. It shows thst there lies a marked difference between the two kinds of coagulometers before being demarcated. After demarcating the ISI of their systems and getting the result in the formula as INR=PR ISI , the difference disappears. This result shows that different coagulometers have some influence on the INR, and the demarcation of the instruments can avoid the influence partially. |
