子宫内膜腺癌组织B7-H4表达及意义

目的探讨B7同源体4（B7-H4）在子宫内膜腺癌组织表达情况以及与预后的关系。方法用免疫组织化学PV-6000二步法测定B7-H4在50例子宫内膜腺癌、20例正常子宫内膜组织中的表达情况,并评价其与临床病理特征的关系。结果子宫内膜腺癌组织中B7-H4在胞浆和（或）胞膜表达,阳性表达率为94.0%（47/50）,显著高于正常子宫内膜组织中的表达率（Z=-6.340,P〈0.05）。子宫内膜腺癌组织中B7-H4表达与组织分化、FIGO分期有关。结论B7-H4在子宫内膜腺癌中表达上调,与肿瘤分期及分级密切相关。B7-H4有望成为子宫内膜腺癌新的诊断和预后判断指标。

EXPRESSION OF B7-H4 AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE IN ENDOMETRIAL CANCER

Objective To study the expression of B7-H4 in endometrial cancer and its association with the prognosis of the disease. Methods The expressions of B7-H4 in the 50 cancer patients and 20 normal subjects were detected by immunohistochemistry PV-6000 method and the relationship between the expressions and pathology was evaluated. Results The BT-H4 was expressed in cytoplasma and/or membrane of the cancer tissue, with the expression rate being 94.0% （47/50）, which was much higher than that expressed in normal endometrium （Z=- 6. 340,P〈0.05）. The expression of B7-H4 in the tissue of adenocarcinoma endometrium was related with the histodifferentiation and FIGO staging. Conclusion Overexpression of BT-H4 in endometrial cancer is closely related with the staging and grading of the cancer. It is hopeful that B7-H4 may become a new indicator for the diagnosis and prediction of the prognosis of this condition.
