门冬胰岛素30联合二甲双胍治疗老年2型糖尿病疗效观察

目的观察农村初诊老年2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者使用门冬胰岛素30联合二甲双胍治疗后血糖、血脂及体质量的变化。方法33例农村初诊老年T2DM患者予以门冬胰岛素30联合二甲双胍口服治疗，疗程12周，观察治疗前后空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2h血糖（2hPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbAlC）、TG、TC、HDL—C、LDL—C、体质量指数（BMI）等指标的变化。结果治疗12周后，FBG、2hPG、HbAlc水平均较治疗前显著降低（P均〈0．01），TG、TC、LDL—C明显下降（P均〈0．05），HDL—C、BMI及体质量变化不明显。结论门冬胰岛素30联合二甲双胍可有效降低农村初诊老年T2DM患者血糖、HbAlC及血脂水平，体质量增加无显著变化，无夜间低血糖及严重低血糖事件发生。

Observation of the curative effect of Inssulin Aspart 30 combined with metformin on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective It is to observe the changes of blood sugar, blood lipid and body weight in rural elderly T2DM pa- tients newly diagnosed after treatment of Inssulin Aspart 30 combined with metformin. Methods 33 rural elderly patients with T2DM patients newly diagnosed were treated with Biphasic Inssulin Aspart 30 combined with metformin for 12 weeks. The changes of FPG, 2 HPG, HbAlc, TG, TC, HDL -C, LDL -C and BMI before and after treatment were observed. Results After 12 weeks＇treatment, the FPG, 2 HPG, HbAlc levels were significantly lower than that before treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ） , TG, TC, LDL - C were significantly decreased （ P 〈0. 05 ） , the changes of HDL - C, BMI and body weight were not obvious, and there was no statistically significant difference before and after treatment （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Biphasic Inssulin As- part 30 combined with metformin can effectively reduce the levels of blood sugar and fat, the increase of body weight is not sig- nificant, no hypoglycemia at night and severe hypoglycemic events occurred.
