| 摘 要： | 本文是对84例散发性脑炎(以下简称散脑)的临床分析,结果表明:散脑的发病多有前驱症状(58％)。急性或亚急性起病(78％),主要临床表现为:器质性精神障碍(51％)、癫痫样抽搐(29％)意识障碍(40％)、颅神经损害(45％),脑电图检查4例均异常,激素治疗效果好,预后好。

| Abstract: | This articale reported 84 cases of sporadic encephalitic, 54 were male,and30 female.Their ages ranged fron 1.16 to 68;58% of all thepatients had prodroma; The onset used to be acute or subacute (78%) ; The Predorninant symptoms and signs were episode ( 51% ) ; Tics (29%); Unconsciousness(40%); Sympton of nervi cerebrates (45%). The EEG of 4cases were found to de all abnormality . Combined therapies with corticosteroid was beneficial in all case with near curative effect in 74 cases(88%) |
