| 摘 要： | 目的：检测抑癌基因p33ING1b在脑胶质瘤中的表达及其意义。方法：选取行脑胶质瘤手术切除的新鲜胶质瘤组织标本66例及正常脑组织15例,应用S-P免疫组织化学方法检测p33ING1b在瘤组织及正常组织中的表达。结果：p33ING1b在66例胶质瘤标本中的阳性表达率为71.2%（47/66）,而在正常组织中全部为阳性表达（100%）;且随着肿瘤级别的增高,p33ING1b的表达水平呈明显的下降趋势。结论：p33ING1b在胶质瘤组织中低表达,且与肿瘤恶性程度密切相关,检测其表达水平将为判断肿瘤的恶性程度、确定治疗策略及评估预后提供一定的帮助。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the expression of p33ING1b in brain gliomas and its clinical significance.Methods:Immunohistochemical staining was used to examine the expression of p33ING1b in 66 fresh samples of gliomas and 15 control tissues.The SPSS 16.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:The difference in p33ING1b expression was significant in every grade and their expression levels were decreased with increasing grade progress of gliomas.Conclusion:There was a low expression of p33ING1b in gliomas.The expression of p33ING1b is related to the malignancy of the gliomas. |
