小白鼠肾上腺髓质发育分化的超微结构观察

摘    要:
本实验对小白鼠肾上腺髓质的发育分化进行了超微结构观察。胚胎16 d时髓质细胞胞质内已可观察到少量不典型的分泌颗粒,出生前已可观察到典型的肾上腺素颗粒和去甲肾上腺素颗粒,但到生后1周末才出现典型的肾上腺素细胞和去甲肾上腺素细胞,生后4周末肾上腺髓质细胞已基本发育成熟。

Abstract:
In this experiment we observed the development and differentiation of mouse adrenal medulla with electron microscope. A few granules had been observed on the 16 th day embryo. Before birth typical adrenaline granuls and noradrenaline granules had been seen,but the typical adrenaline-cell and noradrenaline-cell were not seen until the end of the 1 st week after birth. By the end of the 4 th week after birth the mouse adrenal medulla had matured in development essentially.
