对乙酰氨基酚的合成条件正交设计优化

摘    要:目的:考察对乙酰氨基酚合成工艺的条件,反应条件涉及温度、物料比、反应时间、及反应溶剂等各条件对反应收率的影响。方法:通过正交设计寻找最佳工艺,运用熔点测定仪、元素分析、IR等手段进行确认。结果:棉酚与磺胺衍生物合成的最佳工艺为反应温度45℃,反应时间为1h,反应溶剂为无水乙醇,物料比为1:2.5。结论:生成的衍生物有较强的脂溶性,在优化工艺下进行反应产量较高,为乙酰氨基酚衍生物合成提供了较好的方法。

Synthesis of Paracetamol and Process Optimization

Abstract:Objective: In this paper,a method of studying paracetamol synthesis technology of conditions, reaction conditions concerned with reaction temperation, ratio of reactants, reaction time and sort of solvent. Methods: by orthogonal experimental design search for best process, use melting point apparatus , UV, IR, determination measure whether have the new material. By TLC monitor the extent of reactions. Results: paracetamol synthesis technology of best condition is reaction temperation 45~C, reaction time lh, sort of solvent is anhydrous ,and alcohol ratio of reactants 1:2.5. Conclusion: these derivatives have strong fat-- soluble, by orthogonal experimental design search for best process have high yield,and provide a good meth- od of studying p-acetaminophenol synthesis.
