摘    要:
将PBL引入实验诊断学教学实践中,使实验诊断学教学模式由过去的条块分割状结构转变为立体网络状体系,注重在具体临床实际问题中指导学生对检验项目的有效选择和综合运用,注重对实验室检查影响因素和检验报告单的分析判断,PBL对于学生临床思维能力和临床实践能力的培养和提高起到极为重要的促进作用。

Abstract:
The laboratory medicine teaching can be combined with PBL which changes the divided pattern of laboratory medicine teaching to tridimensional networking pattern. The new pattern emphasizes not only the selection and application of laboratory items in clinical practice, but the analysis of effect factors and laboratory report. PBL plays an important role to cultivate the clinical ideation and practice ability of students.
