| 摘 要： | 目的：评价动脉内灌注化疗对老年肺癌患者的疗效。方法：34例中晚期老年肺癌的患者，均经介入方法行动脉内灌注化疗，观察术后病人的不良反应、并CT随访肿瘤缩小的情况。结果：所有患者均成功的接受了治疗，术后不良反应小，有效率(PR CR)达76．7％。结论：动脉内灌注化疗对老年病人是可行的，且能达到良好的效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and effect of transcatheter arterial infusion to pulmonary cancer of the elder.Methods:34 patients with medium-term or advanced pulmonary cancer were treated with transcatheter arterial infusion,observed and evaluated the responses after TAI by computed tomography(CT).Results:All the patients were treated successfully,the side-effects were slight,seven patients showed complete response and 16 patients had partial response resulting in an overall response rate of 76.7%.Conclusion:Transcatheter arterial infusion chemotherapy is feasible and securable to the old patients with pulmonary cancer and the curative effect is posive. |
