精细化管理在静脉用药调配中心中的意义探究

目的:探讨精细化管理在静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)中的应用意义。方法:回顾性分析郑州儿童医院PIVAS精细化管理实施前后的资料,精细化管理实施前(2017年2月至2018年2月)为对照组,实施后(2018年8月至2019年8月)为研究组,比较两组医务人员手卫生、物品及空气质量合格率、差错发生率及工作人员考核成绩。结果:研究组医务人员手卫生、物品及空气质量合格率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组PIVAS差错发生率为0.08%,明显低于对照组的0.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组科室工作人员理论成绩和操作成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在PIVAS工作中实施精细化管理可提高工作质量,降低差错发生率。

Exploration of significance of fine management in pharmacy intravenous admixture service

Objective:To explore significance of fine management in pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS).Methods:The data before and after the implementation of fine management in PIVAS in Zhengzhou Children’s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The data before the implementation of fine management(February 2017 to February 2018)were set as control group,while those after the implementation of fine management(August 2018 to August 2019)were used as the study group.The qualification rates of medical staff hand hygiene as well as articles and air quality,the incidence of errors,and the performance results of the staffs were compared between the two groups.Results:The qualification rates of medical staff hand hygiene as well as articles in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of PIVAS error in the study group was 0.08%,which was significantly lower than the control group of 0.18%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical and operational scores of the department staffs in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The implementation of fine management in PIVAS can improve the quality of work and reduce the incidence of errors.
