安宁疗护对恶性肿瘤晚期患者的应用效果

目的:探讨安宁疗护对恶性肿瘤晚期患者的应用效果。方法:选取90例恶性肿瘤晚期患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予安宁疗护,两组均干预4周,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均较护理前降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,白蛋白水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用安宁疗护可以缓解恶性肿瘤晚期患者焦虑及抑郁情绪,减轻疼痛,提高白蛋白水平及护理满意度,其效果优于单纯常规护理。

Application effects of hospice care on patients with advanced malignant tumors

Objective:To explore application effects of hospice care on patients with advanced malignant tumors.Methods:90 patients with advanced malignant tumors were selected as the research objects,and divided into observation group and control group by using the random number table method,45 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given hospice care on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were intervened for 4 weeks.Then,the nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the two groups after the nursing were lower than those before the nursing;those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue score(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the albumin level was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients’nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing care,the hospice care can alleviate the anxiety and depression emotions in the patients with advanced malignant tumors,reduce the pain,and improve the albumin levels and satisfaction degree.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing care.
