| 摘 要： | 目的探讨支气管哮喘患者血清可溶性E-选择素（sE-选择素）含量的变化及临床意义.方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测18例支气管哮喘患者的血清sE-选择素水平.结果哮喘急性发作各组患者sE-选择素的水平与对照组及治疗后差异均有显著性意义（P＜0.001）,重度哮喘组sE-选择素的水平与轻、中度哮喘组间差异有显著性意义（P＜0.001）.结论 sE-选择素作为一个重要的免疫分子参与了支气管哮喘的发病过程,其水平的高低与病情严重程度相关. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the changes and its clinical significance of serum soluble E-selectin (sE-selectin) in patients with bronchial asthma.MethodsThe levels of sE-selectin in 18 cases of asthmatics were detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and correlation analysis wad done.ResultsThe average level of sE-selection of all patients in group of acute attack stage of asthma was significantly higher than those in the control group and after treatment (P<0.001).The level of sE-selection in severe asthma group was significantly higher than those in the mild and moderate asthma group (P<0.001).ConclusionThis study indicated that sE-selection,as an important immune molecule,participates in the pathogenesis of asthma,its level is related to the severity of condition. |
