某师范学院大学生焦虑状况及影响因素的研究

目的：：了解大学生的焦虑状况与影响因素，进一步寻找大学生焦虑问题的度，为建立完善有效的克服机制提供依据。方法：使用由美国杜克大学Zung于1965年编制而成的焦虑自评量表（SAS），随机调查上饶师范学院大一至大四484名学生进行问卷调查。结果：不同专业的大学生焦虑水平无明显差异，但年级与性别对大学生焦虑产生交互作用；不同家庭户籍以及是否独生的大学生焦虑水平无差异，但父母文化程度与职业不同的大学生焦虑水平明显不同。结论：大学生的个人、家庭等因素对大学生焦虑均有影响，应加强对大学生预防焦虑的指导力度，提高大学生心理健康水平。

Methods:using Zung by duke university in 1965, the establishment of self-evaluation of anxiety scale (SAS), random survey of shangrao normal college freshman to senior questionnaire survey was conducted among 484 students. The results of different grade, gender, no difference between the professional college students' anxiety level, but the grade and gender mutual influence on college students' anxiety; On the family factors, different families of household register, and whether the only college students anxiety level no difference, but parents educational level and profession, anxiety of university students of different levels are obviously different. Conclusion:college students' personal, family, etc. all affect the factors of college students anxiety, should strengthen the guidance of the college students' anxiety and improve college students' mental health level.
