| 摘 要： | 目的构建一套护理风险管理指标体系，提高管理者的风险防范能力。方法采用文献评阅法、Delphi法确定指标及权重。结果探索构建了一套包含3个一级指标、10个二级指标、39个三级指标的护理风险管理指标体系。结论该指标体系对护理风险管理工作有指导意义，有利于保障患者安全、提高护理质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To construct a nursing risk management index system and then to enhance the ability of nursing risk prevention among administrators. Methods Literature review and Delphi were applied. Result A nursing risk management index system ,which includes 3 primary indices,10 secondary indices and 39 third indices,was constructed. Conclusion The nursing risk management index system is beneficial to ensure the safety of patients and to improve the quality of nursing. |
