| 摘 要： | 目的 了解近年来快速康复外科及腹腔镜技术应用于结直肠癌治疗的进展,探索两者联合应用于结直肠癌治疗的可能性.方法 收集国内、外有关结直肠外科领域快速康复外科和腹腔镜治疗的临床和基础研究的相关文献并作综述.结果 同传统的治疗方式相比,两者应用于结直肠癌的治疗均可以获得良好的临床疗效.结论 快速康复外科和腹腔镜技术应用于结直肠癌的治疗是可行的,但两者联合应用的效果还需要随机对照试验研究的证实.
