| 摘 要： | 目的系统评价择期介入治疗与强化药物治疗对稳定性心绞痛患者远期预后的差异。方法计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库、万方学术期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、PubMed、EMBASE、Cochrane图书馆数据库,检索年限为2000年1月1日～2009年12月31日。2名评价员独立评价随机对照试验质量并提取资料,将患者分为介入治疗组与强化药物治疗组,运用RevMan4.2.9软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入5个临床随机对照试验,累计样本量4278例,其中介入治疗组2140例,强化药物治疗组2138例。Meta分析结果:两组全因病死率(OR=0.94,95%CI:0.75～1.18,P>0.05)、血管再重建治疗发生率(OR=0.74,95%CI:0.51～1.06,P>0.05)、非致死性心肌梗死发生率(OR=1.04,95%CI:0.69～1.59,P>0.05)均无统计学差异。结论与强化药物治疗相比,介入治疗并不能降低稳定性心绞痛患者的全因病死率、血管再重建和非致死性心肌梗死发生率。
