计算机辅助训练对脑瘫儿童认知功能影响的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨计算机辅助训练对脑瘫儿童认知障碍的影响,为临床提供丰富康复治疗方法。方法:符合脑性瘫痪诊断40例患儿分实验组20例和对照组20例。对照组采用人工训练认知方法,实验组采用计算机辅助训练和人工训练相结合的方法,用韦氏智力量表评分、C因子得分和标准正确率评分对2组患者在康复前和康复3个月后各测定1次,观察2组脑瘫患儿认知功能障碍改善效果。结果:治疗结束后,2组患儿两项评分均有所提高(P<0.05),说明2组患儿的认知障碍均有改善,但实验组明显优于对照组。结论:计算机辅助训练结合人工训练对认知功能改善优于人工训练,对脑瘫患儿的恢复起积极作用。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of computer assisted training combined with cerebral palsy children on cognitive impairment, and rich the rehabilitation methods for clinic. Methods:Forty cerebral palsy children aged 6 to 8 with cognitive impairment were indivded into two groups:experiment group trained with computer assisted training and man training and control group accepted man training, both were trained for 3 months. The outcome was evaluated with C-WISC-R、freedom from distractibility 、The correct radio before and after the training for cognitive abilities,then study the improvement.Results:After training the scores were higher than before treatment in the two groups, but the experiment group were statistically significant difference than the control group. Conclusion:Computer assisted training could significantly improve the cognitive function of children with cerebral palsy,it should have positive influence.
