| 摘 要： | 对ＥＬＩＳＡ法抗心磷脂抗体检测技术和ＲＰＲ试验筛选１４６例可疑梅毒患者血清进行了比较研究。１４６例标本中８７例为一、二期梅毒，２７例为梅毒治疗后复检者，３２例为有不洁性接触史、要求实验检查者。每例血清同时用两种方法测定。结果，ＥＬＩＳＡ法抗心磷脂抗体检测可定量，阳性率较高，作为筛选梅毒的非特异梅毒血清试验，优于ＲＰＲ法。

The Comparison Study of ELISA and RPR in Screening Syphilis. |

| Abstract: | ELISA anti-phospholipid antibody detection and RPR were compared in screening 146 suspicious syphilic serum samples.Eighty seven were Stage Ⅰ and Stage Ⅱ syphilis,twenty seven were Stage Ⅰ or Stage Ⅱ stphilis re-examiners afrer treatment,and thirty two required laboratory examinations were suspicious cases with unhygienic sexual contact.The results showed that the positive frequency of ELISA was higher than that of RPR.ELISA is an advanced and quantitative.It is superior to RPR in non-specific serologic test to screen syphilis |
