两种除杂质工艺的爽肤洁阴洗液杀菌效果的比较

摘    要:
爽肤洁阴洗液含苦参、黄柏、白头翁、生黄芪、百部、蒲公英、苍术、黄连、白癣皮、艾叶等中药,为比较两种除杂质工艺之该液的杀灭微生物效果,进行了悬液定量杀菌试验。结果,用乙醇沉淀法除杂质的爽肤洁阴洗液原液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用5 min,对白色念珠菌作用10 min,平均杀灭率均≥99.91%;用ZTCl+1澄清剂法除杂质的爽肤洁阴洗液原液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用15 min,对大肠杆菌作用20 min,平均杀灭率才≥99.92%,对白色念珠菌作用20 min的平均杀灭率仅99.84%。结果说明,用乙醇沉淀法除杂质,对该洗液中药成分杀菌效果的影响小于用ZTCl+1澄清剂处理者。

Abstract:
Shuang-Fu-Jie-Yin lotion contains Chinese medicines such as Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Cortex Phellodendri, Radix Pulsatillae, Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, Radix Stemonae Herba Taraxaci, Rhizoma Atractylodis, Rhizoma Coptidis, Cortex Dictamni Radicis and Folium Artemisiae Argyi. In order to compare the germicidal efficacy of this lotron processed by two impurity-removing technologies, suspension quantitative germicidal test was carried out. The results showed that the stock solution of Shuang-Fu-Jie-Yin Lotion processed by ethanol sedimentation method for removing impurity killed ≥99.91% Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in average in 5 min and Candida albicans in 10 min. Its stock solution processed by ZTC1+1 clearing agent method for removing impurity killed ≥ 99.92% of Staphylococcus aureus in 15 min and ≥99.92% of E. coli in average in 20 min. This solution with a 20 min contact time killed only 99.84% of Candida albicans in average. The results indicate that ethanol sedimentation method for removing impurity has less influence on the germicidal efficacy of Chinese medicines in this lotion than ZTC1+1 clearing agent method does.
