高频聚焦超声治疗宫颈糜烂173例临床观察

目的:探讨聚焦超声治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果及不良反应。方法:随机选取我院就诊的轻度、中度、重度宫颈糜烂患者共173例为研究对象。观察治疗后效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:轻度、中度、重度宫颈糜烂治愈加有效率分别为100%,86.2%,54.7%。治愈率加有效率与糜烂深度与糜烂面积有关。聚焦超声对轻度、中度宫颈糜烂的治愈率及有效率显著高于重度宫颈糜烂(P均<0.01)。乳头型宫颈糜烂术后阴道流血及排液时间显著高于颗粒及单纯型(P<0.01)。结论:聚焦超声对轻度、中度宫颈糜烂治疗临床疗效确切,单纯型及颗粒型副反应少,但对重度宫颈糜烂,尤其是乳头型临床效果尚不令人满意。

Clinical observation on the cervical erosion treated with high intensity focused ultrasound

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects and side effects of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)in cervical erosion.Methods:173 women with cervical erosion of mild,moderate and severe types in our hospital were enrolled randomly,we observed the effects and side effects of HIFU in these patients.Results:Recovery and effective rate of mild,morate and severe erosions was 100%,86.2% and 54.7% respectively.recovery and effective rate was associated with erosion range and depth.The effective rate of mild and moderate erosion was significantly higher than that of severe type(P<0.01,P<0.01).Post-operation vaginal bleeding and exudate duration of mastoid type were obviously longer than those of simple and granular erosion(P<0.01).Conclusion:HIFU is definitely effective on mild and moderate cervical erosion,with less side effects in simple and granular types.However,it's unsatisfactory in severe type,especially in mastoid type.
