清晕汤联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕60例

目的观察中药清晕汤治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)性眩晕的疗效。方法将90例患者随机分2组,对照组30例予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊10mg,日1次口服;治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上加用中药清晕汤治疗,每日1剂,水煎服。2组均4周为1疗程,1个疗程后观察临床疗效、椎动脉平均流速、基底动脉平均流速及血流变情况。结果治疗组总有效率96.7%,对照组66.7%。2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01);2组治疗后椎动脉、基底动脉平均流速较治疗前均有明显提高(P0.05),治疗组改善作用优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组治疗后高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原和红细胞聚集指数较治疗前均明显降低(P0.05,P0.01),红细胞变形能力较治疗前明显提高(P0.01);其改善作用均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论中药清晕汤联合西药治疗VBI性眩晕疗效确切。

Observation of vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo treated by combination of traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine

Objective To observe the effect of vertebro - basilar artery insufficiency vertigo treated by combination of traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine. Methods 90 patients with vertebro - basilar artery insufficiency vertigo were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group （ n = 30） were treated by Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules, 10mg, once a day. 60 cases in treatment group were treated by combination of Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules and Qingyun decoction. The course in two groups was four weeks. After a course, the effect, mean flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （96.7%） was higher than that in control group （66.7% , P〈 0.01 ）. The mean flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery after treatment was enhanced in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement of mean flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery in treatment group was superior to that in control group （ P 〈0.05）. High - and low - shear whole blood viscosity, plasma viseoeity, Fibrinogen and Erythrocyte aggregation index in treatment group were decreased obviously after treatment （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Erythrocyte deformability was increased significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The combination of Qingyun decoction and Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules has definite effect on vertebro -basilar artery insufficiency vertigo.
