| 摘 要： | 目的探讨谷胱甘肽S-转移酶M1(GSTM1)基因多态性与不明原因不孕症的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)的方法对不明原因不孕组46例及已生育正常健康女性对照组45例GSTM1基因进行分型,对GSTM1缺失基因型与不明原因不孕症相关性采用Logistic回归分析。结果不明原因不孕组GSTM1缺失率(67.39%)明显高于对照组(35.56%),差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 GSTM1基因遗传多态性与不明原因不孕存在相关性,GSTM1的缺失可能是不明原因不孕的高危因素。
