电针配合中药治疗肩手综合征疗效分析

摘    要:
目的:评价电针疗法和电针疗法加中药内服治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的疗效。方法:48例随机分为两组各24例。对照组用头针(2/5运动区,2/5感觉区),电针八邪、十宣、肩三针、曲池、合谷、外关、阳池、阳溪等穴治疗。治疗组在与对照组治疗相同的基础上加服活血化瘀、舒经活络中药,10天为一疗程,治疗4个疗程后观察疗效。结果:对照组总有效率80%,治疗组总有效率93%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:电针配合中药治疗肩手综合征可以显著提高疗效。

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate,evaluate the electro-acupuncture therapy and electro-acupuncture therapy combined with oral administration of Chinese medicine treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome,the efficacy.Methods:48 patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group scalp(2/5 motor area,2/5 sensory area),Baxie,Shixuan,Jiansanzhen,Quchi,Hegu,Waiguan,use of electro-acupuncture.The treatment group was taken to the treatment in the control group on the basis of intake into the body blood circulation,Shu decoction of Chinese medicine through the rolling,continuous treatment after four cycles,and then observe the effect.Results:According to the efficacy of the standard,the control group was 80%,treatment group was 93%,compared the efficacy between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture combined with Chinese Herbs Treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome can significantly improve the efficacy,worthy to be popularized.
