| 摘 要： | 目的为中药注射剂增溶辅料吐温-80的物理化学性能研究提供参考。方法经过大量的文献阅读,总结了吐温-80物理性能、表面活性、稳定性、增溶性的研究资料。结果根据中药注射剂的特征,适宜的吐温-80表面活性和稳定性研究相对较少。结论立足中药注射剂特点,吐温-80的物理化学性能研究有待进一步开展。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To provide the reference for the study on the physical and chemistry properties of solubilization adjuvant Tween-80 in the traditional Chinese medicine injections.Methods To search a great deal of literatures and review the researches about the physical properties,surface activities,stability and solubilization.Results On the basis of the characteristics of the TCM injections,the physical and chemistry research of Tween-80 is scarce.Conclusion It needs more physical and chemistry researches about Tween-80 based on the TCM injections. |
