摘    要:
受检对象为24小时动态心电图检查中室性早博(简称室早)>10次地的30例无器质性心脏病患者,分析其每小时的室早和心率变异[窦性RR间期标准差(SD)和RR连续差异均方根(rMSSD)]的分布。结果显示睡眠期的室早和心率变异分别是最小和最大值,凌晨1~6时的SD和rMSSD均值均高于其它3个6h时段的均值,各小时的室早对数与相应时间的SD和rMSSD均无显著相关性。表明无器质性心脏病的频发室早患者的室早和心率变异具有昼夜变化节律,各小时室早对数与心率变异之间无明显相关性。

Abstract:
To analyse the circadian variability of ventricular premature complexes (VPC) and heart rate variability(HRV) in patients with frequent VPC and no structural heart disease.The hourly VPC and HRV [standard devia-tion of all normal RR intervals (SD),root mean square successive difference of normal RR intervals (rMSSD)] in30 patients with frequent VPC (>10/h) were analysed by using 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiography. Results:Circadian variations were found to the VPC and HRV,with minimum values during the nocturnal period and maxi-mum values in the morning for VPC,with maximum values during the nocturnal period for HRV.Mean hourly SDand rMSSD at 1~6 o' clock period were significantly higher than at other three 6-hour periods. No significant cor-relation was observed between logarithm of hourly VPC and hourly HRV. Conclusions:significant circadian varia-tions of VPC and HRV were observed in patients with frequent VPC and no structural heart disease. No correlationwas found between hourly VPC and hourly SD.
