| 氨茶碱、牛磺酸治疗膈肌疲劳的实验研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 实验用家兔１８只，双侧膈神经刺激复制膈肌疲劳，分别给予氨茶碱１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ（ｎ＝６）、牛磺酸１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ（ｎ＝６）、氨茶碱１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ＋牛磺酸１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ（ｎ＝６）静脉注射，于药后３０ｍｉｎ、６０ｍｉｎ记录膈肌肌电图及膈肌诱发电位。结果发现，氨茶碱、牛磺酸较能促进疲劳膈肌的恢复；二者合用，效果更佳 |

| Abstract: | Experiments were performed on spontaneous breathing rabbits anesthetized with urethan. The diaphragmaticfatigue was reproduced by the phrenic nerve stimulation. The function of the diaphragm was assessed by diaphragmaticelectromyogram(EMGdi) and diaphragm evoked potential(DEP).The aminophylline(10 mg/kg)and taurine(100 mg/kg) alone or in combination(aminophylline 10 mg/kg + taurine 100 mg/kg ) can enhance the recovery of the fatiguediaphragm. |
