拔牙断根误入上颌窦的简便取出方法

摘    要:目的:探讨拔牙过程中断根进入上颌窦时取出牙根的手术方法。方法:对在拔牙过程中断根进入上颌窦的15例患者,应用经牙槽窝吸引法、经牙槽窝上颌窦冲洗法、经牙槽窝上颌窦纱条填塞法进行手术取出断根。结果:9例患者应用吸引法和经牙槽窝上颌窦冲洗法快速取出断根,6例应用纱条填塞法联合上颌窦冲洗和吸引法取出断根。结论:采用经牙槽窝上颌窦纱条填塞法联合经牙槽窝上颌窦冲洗法和吸引法,可以成功取出进入上颌窦的断根。手术方便快捷,对设备要求低,对患者的创伤小,是非常有效的治疗方法。

Abstract:PURPOSE: To study the technique of removal of broken roots dislocated into the maxillary sinus during teeth extraction. METHODS: Broken roots of fifteen patients dislocated into maxillary sinus during teeth extraction were removed by negative pressure drainage, irrigation of maxillary sinus and filling gauze piece into maxillary sinus through tooth extraction wound. RESULTS: Nine of them were removed by suction drainage and irrigation of maxillary sinus through the extraction wound. Six patients underwent filling pieces of gauze into maxillary sinus, ilxigation of maxillary sinus and suction drainage through the extraction wound and the broken roots were successfully removed. CONCLUSION: The broken roots dislocated into the maxillary sinus can be successfully removed by combination of applying filling pieces of gauze into maxillary sinus, irrigation of maxillary sinus and suction drainage through the extraction wound. The technique is simple and efficient with few injuries and shorter surgical time.
