水艇人员高血红蛋白的红细胞参数的变化

目的：了解水艇人员高血红蛋白的红细胞参数变化。方法：对来院疗养的水艇人员按血红蛋白的高低进行分组,血红蛋白（Hb）在160g/L以下为对照组,Hb161～165g/L为A组,Hb166～170g/L为B组,Hb171～180g/L为C组,Hb181g/L以上者为D组。结果：水艇人员血红蛋白增高125例,占35.31%,其中A组82例,占23.16%;B组34例,占9.60%;C组8例,占2.26%;D组2例,占0.56%。A、B、C、D组Hb高于对照组,红细胞数量、红细胞压积亦高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;B组的MCH、MCHC高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：水艇人员高血红蛋白的红细胞数量增加,红细胞压积升高,对他们特殊工作的岗位非常有利。

Changes on Red Blood Cell Parameters of the High Hemoglobin by Shipboard Naval Personnel

Objective： To investigate changes on red blood cell parameters of the high hemoglobin by shipboard personnel. Method： Classify according to the level of hemoglobin by coming to hospital, recuperation of naval officers Hb 160 g/L under in control group, Hb 161-165 g/L in A group; Hb 166-170 g/L in B group; Hb 171-180 g/L in C group; Hb 181 g/L in D group. Result： There were 125 cases occupying 35.31% among all the high Hb water boat personnel, and 82 cases （ 23.16% ） in A group, 34 cases （ 9.60% ） in B group, 8 cases （ 2.26% ） in C group, 2 cases （ 0.56% ） in D group. By comparing A, B, C, D experimental group with the normal control group, significant differences showed up in both RBC number and HCT （ P〈0.01 ） . In addition, MCH and MCHC of the B group was remarkably higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Increased hematocrit number of red blood cells and high Hb is very helpful to water boat personnel.
