| 摘 要： | 目的：比较糖尿病患者自我管理小组与糖尿病常规护理对2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制的影响。方法：2型糖尿病患者108例随机分为自我管理小组（n=54）和常规护理组（n=54），干预一年以后，比较两组在有效管理率、血糖控制率及健康行为形成率方面的情况。结果：在糖尿病患者有效管理率、血糖控制率及健康行为形成率方面自我管理小组患者比常规护理组取得更好的效果，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：健康自我管理小组在2型糖尿病患者应用的中可以获得更好的效果，是2型糖尿病社区规范化管理的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective： To compare the efect of patients with type 2 diabetes in self-management group mode and convention nurses group mode. Method： 108 cases of patient with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into self-management group （ 54 cases ） and convention nurses group （ 54 cases ） . After 1 year, the two groups patients＇ effective management, health behavior formation rate and blood glucose were studied.Result： The effective management, health behavior formation rate and the blood glucose in self-management group were better than convention nurses group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The self-management group mode is more effective than convention nurses group mode in the patients with type 2 diabetes. |
