加温输液对老年人长时间开腹手术全麻苏醒的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨加温输液对老年人长时间开腹手术全麻苏醒的影响。方法:选择全麻下行开腹手术时间大于3h且年龄大于60岁的患者60例,随机分为加温组和常温组,两组均在室温下手术,常温组给予输入室温液体,加温组给予输入经电子液体加温仪加温的液体。观察两组患者术前术后血压、心率、体温及全麻苏醒时间和寒战、躁动的发生率。结果:两组患者术前一般资料及体温、血压、心率的比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。术后加温组患者体温高于常温组,血压及心率低于常温组,寒战、躁动的发生率低于常温组,全麻苏醒时间少于常温组(P〈0.01)。结论:加温输液能缩短老年人长时间开腹手术全麻苏醒时间,同时也能降低寒战和躁动的发生率。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of heated transfusion on recovery from general anesthesia in aged with long time laparotomy.Method: Choose 60 patients over sixty years old who will do a more than 3 hours laparotomy with general anesthesia, divided them into teated group and normal group randomly, they are both operate at room temperature, normal group will be given input liquid at room temperature, heated group will be given input liquid heated by the electronic heating instrument, observe their preoperative and postoperative BP, HR, body temperature, time of recovery from general anesthesia and occurrence rate of agitation and shivering.Result: the comparison of preoperative general material and body temperature, BP, HR between two groups patients was not statistically significant ( P〉0.05 ) .Postoperative temperature of heated group is higher than normal group, and its BP and HR is lower than normal group, the incidence rate of agitation and shivering is lower than normal group, its time of recovery is less than normal group ( P〈0.01 ) .Conclusion: Heated infusion can shorten recovery time of general anesthesia in agd from long time laparotomy, at the same time it also can reduce the incidence of agitation and shivering.
