超敏C反应蛋白、D-二聚体与冠状动脉病变的相关分析

目的：探讨超敏c反应蛋白（hs—CRP）、D-二聚体（D—dimer，DD）与冠状动脉病变程度之间的关系。方法：选取经冠脉造影确诊冠心病患者90例及冠脉造影正常的对照组30例，根据Gemini积分将冠心病组分为〈30分组，30～60分组，≥60分组。检测各组患者血浆hs—CRP、DD的水平，比较各组的差异及其与Gensini积分的相关性。结果：冠心病组血浆hs—CRP、DD明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），随着Gensini积分增加，hs—CRP、DD的水平逐渐升高（P〈0．05），两者呈正相关。结论：血浆hs—CRP、DD水平与冠状动脉病变程度相关。

The Relationship between Plasma Levels of High-sensitivity C-reactive protein, D-dimer and Severity of Coronary Artery Lesions

Objective： To explore the relationship between plasma levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （ hs-CRP ）, D-dimer （ DD ） and severity of coronary artery lesions. Method： 90 cases with coronary heart disease （ CHD ） and 30 cases of control group were recruited according to coronary angiography, The CHD group was divided into 3 groups according to Gensini score： Gensini score 〈30, 30-60, ≥ 60. The plasma levels of hs-CRP and DD in all groups were detectded and analyzed. Result： The levels of hs-CRP and DD were significantly higher in CHD than those in control （P〈O.05） . As Gensini score raised, the levels of hs-CRP and DD increased, there was a positive correlation between them.Conclusion： The levels of hs-CRP and DD are associated with the severity of coronary artery lesions.
