| 摘 要： | 本文报告经活组织检查、手术及病理证实的22例肝癌声像图表现。本组病例B型超声诊断符合率为81.8％(18/22)。与AFP(甲胎蛋白)进行对比分析,B型超声对于肝癌的诊断优于AFP。本文重点分析在无CT及肝动脉造影的情况下,如何充分发挥B型超声效能,提高对肝癌的诊断率。

| Abstract: | The features and results of ultrasound examination of 22 cases of hepatic carcinomas confirmd by biopsy operaation and pathology were reported. Ultrasonographic diagnostic accordance rate was 81.8% (18/22) in this growp. AS compared with serum alphafetoprotein determination, B-mode ultrasonic diagnosis was superior to the former In this article, We put emphasis on how to make full use of B-mode ultrasonography and how to raise its effectiveness in diagnosis of hepatic carcinomas when there are no CT and hepatoarteriography available. |
