2004年沾化县部分高中在校学生乙型肝炎及肺结核感染现状调查

[目的]了解沾化县高中在校学生乙型病毒性肝炎及肺结核流行现状,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]2004年3月18日至4月2日对沾化县三中33个班2014名学生进行乙肝乙肝五项检查和X线胸透检查、痰菌试验。[结果]检测2014人乙肝表面抗原阳性106人,阳性率为5.26%;肺结核9人,患病率为0.47%。[结论]沾化县高中在校学生乙型肝炎、肺结核的感染状况应引起教育部门的重视。

Investigation on Students'''' Hepatitis B and Pulmonary Tuberculosis Infection in Some Senior High Schools of Zhanhua County in 2004

[Objective]To understand students' hepatitis B and pulmonary tuberculosis infection in some senior high schools of Zhanhua county, and offer scientific basis for making measures of prevention and treatment.[Methods]Hepatitis B ,X-ray chest check and sputum examination were conducted among 2 014 students from 33 classes in Zhanhua No. 3 high school during March 18 to April 2,2004.[Results]Among 2 014 students examined, 106 were HBsAg positive, with the positive rate at 5.26%. 9 were pulmonary tuberculosis, with the morbidity rate at 0.47%.[Conclusion]The infection status of students' hepatitis B and pulmonary tuberculosis infection in some senior high schools of Zhanhua county should arouse the attention of the education department.
