| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨重组人红细胞生成素(rHuEPO)治疗妇科贫血的临床疗效.方法:85例贫血患者于手术前3 d及手术后24 h内皮下注射rHuEPO各6000 IU;rHuEPO组及对照组75例均同时口服铁剂.结果:rHuEPO组较对照组血红蛋白明显回升(P＜0.01),rHuEPO组51例患者、对照组43例患者测定了血清铁蛋白,手术后7 d与手术前相比,前者上升明显(P＜0.05).结论:rHuEPO及铁剂联合应用可有效纠正围手术期贫血,避免或减少异体输血,但应重视铁的补充. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy of recombinant human erythropoietin (rHuEPO)on treating the anemia in gynecological surgery.Methods:85 women anemia patients received rHuEPO 6000 IU subcutaneous for three days before surgery and within 24 hour after the oparation;meanwhile patients both in rHuEPO group and in control group(75 patients) were taken oral iron supplement.Results:The haemoglobin level of patients in rHuEPO group ( P <0.01) increased more significant than those in the control group.The serum ferritin of 51 patients in rHuEPO group and 43 patients in control group was determined before surgery and 7 days after ward,in which the serum ferritin of the former raised significantly ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of rHuEPO with iron supplement can improve the perioperative anemia effectively and aviod or reduce the allogenous blood transfusion,but we must pay attention to the supplement of iron medicine. |
