百草枯致肺纤维化机制的研究进展

摘    要:百草枯是一种高效能除草剂。在我国,口服大量百草枯造成的急性中毒死亡事件屡见不鲜。百草枯对全身多器官均可产生毒性,肺组织是最重要的靶器官之一。在各种肺组织损伤中又以肺纤维化损伤最为突出。该文就近年来关于百草枯所致肺纤维化发生机制的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Paraquat is an effective and widely used herbicide. In China, the intentional ingestion of paraquat has caused a large number of human fatalities. The lung is one of the primary target organs of paraquat. Pulmonary fibrosis is an important toxic effect of paraquat. Recent studies on the pathogenesis of paraquat-induced pulmonary fibrosis are reviewed in this paper.
