| 摘 要： | 应用放射性核素心血管造影方法对24例心肌梗塞患者和41例健康人进行了左室收缩与舒张功能的测定，结果表明，在所有的有统计学意义的指标中，高峰射血率与高峰充盈率分别是收缩与舒张功能的最敏感指标，心肌梗塞组的左室血分数与高峰充盈率及前1／3充盈率之间的相关性良好，高峰充盈率与年龄及心率无明显相关，收缩与舒张期指标能确定心功能受损程度，结合相位分析还可确定心肌梗塞或缺血灶的部位和范围。 |

| Abstract: | Systolic and diastolic functions of left ventricle in 24 patients with myocardial in farction and 41 normal persons were measured by nuclide cardioangiography.The results showed that peek ejection rate and peek filling rate were respectively most sensitive in the diagnosis of systolic and diastolic function.Ejection fraction of left ventricle was strongly correlated with peak filling rate and pre- 1/3 filling rate in the infarction group.Peak filling rate did not correlate with age and heart rate.Systolic and diastolic indexes could determine the damaging degree of cardial function,and locations and ranges of myocardial infarction or ischemic fool with phaseanalgsis. |
