医院改革中的竞争与合作

阐述了市场经济体制下必然导致医院改革和引入竞争机制，并从宏观和微观两个方面对竞争给医院工作带来的影响，进行了正反两方面的总结。提出在倡导竞争的同时，同样应重视合作。对竞争与合作的关系进行了理论上的讨论，并指出在医院改革工作实践中外应多强调竞争，但要注意避免宏观层面的失控；对内则应多强调合作，竞争应保持在适度地范围内。

Competition or Cooperation in Hospital Reform

The authors give an account of necessity of reform and establishing competitve mechanism in hospital in the market economy system, and analyze the positive and negative effects of competition to the hospital's operations in macroaspect and micro - aspect. They point out the cooperation is important as well as competition and discuss the relationship theoretically between competition and cooperation. While hospitals ought fo attach importance to external compertition and internal cooperation, keeping a mederate ceperation in the hospital reform practice, the government should make it to be not out of control fromthe cacrocosm point of view.
