摘    要:p53基因突变是肿瘤发生中的多发事件,导入野生型p53基因能抑制肿瘤细胞的生长。通过腺病毒载体介导。将野生型p53基因转导到人肺腺癌细胞系(GLC-82)中,证实对肺腺癌细胞生长具有明显的抑制作用,换制率达61%。

Abstract:In our research,the wild-type p53 gene was transferred into human lung adenocarcinoma cell line(GLC-82)and reduced the growth of GLC-82 cells in vivo and in vitr(the inhibiting rate:61% and 42%).The other results demonstrated that adenovirus-mediated transfer and espression of the wild-type p53 in GLC-82 lacking ghe p53 gene resulted in GLC-82 cells apoptosis which was indicated by FCM and DNA fragment analysis.These results can offer yome scientific evidences for use of the wild-type. p53 gene to tumor gene therapy.
