超声波催化TiO2系列催化剂对大肠杆菌的杀菌作用

摘    要:目的探讨超声波催化TiO2系列催化剂的杀菌效果.方法将普通TiO2、纳米TiO2和WO3掺杂纳米TiO2催化剂分别加入大肠杆菌菌液(菌体密度106 cfu/ml)中,采用25 kHz 50 W超声波照射催化75 min,并观察了照射时间、菌液酸度、TiO2催化剂的粒径和用量对杀菌效果的影响.结果当催化剂浓度为1.0 mg/ml,pH=3.0,超声波照射时间60 min时,杀菌率接近100%.超声波照射75 min时杀菌效果排序为WO3掺杂纳米TiO2>纳米TiO2>普通TiO2.结论TiO2系列催化剂在超声波的照射下对大肠杆菌有明显的杀灭作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the sterilization of a series of TiO2 catalysts catalyzed by ultrasonic wave. Methods Added common TiO2, nanometer TiO2 and WO3 doped nanometer TiO2 to the medium (colibacillus 106 cfu/ml ) followed by exposure to the experiments of ultrasonic (25 kHz, 50W ) for 75 min, then observed the effect of exposure time, medium acidity, particle diameter and dosages of TiO2 catalysts on the sterilization. Results Killing bacteria were carried out on the series of TiO2 catalysts including common TiO2, nanometer TiO2 and WO3 doped nanometer TiO2 and their capabilities of killing bacteria were compared one another. The experimental results showed that these catalysts had the obvious function of killing Colibacillus under ultrasonic irradiation. The efficiency of killing bacteria reached about near to 100% for the bacteria density liquid of 106 cfu/ml when the experimental conditions are 1.0 mg/ml concentration of the series of TiO2 catalyst was 1.0 mg/ml, pH=3.0, ultrasonic irradiation (25 kHz, of 50 W) for input power and 25 kHz frequency and 60 min irradiation. As for exposed for 75 min, the efficiency of killing bacteria ranked as follows: but it is known that the order of the effect of killing bacteria is WO3 doped nanometer TiO2 > nanometer TiO2 > common TiO2 by the comparison of these catalysts. Conclusion Catalysed by ultrasonic wave, a series of TiO2 catalysts will show a significant effect of killing colibacillus.
