Abstract: | Crohn's disease is associated with many local complications. Spontaneous rupture of the spleen secondary to Crohn's colitis with a fistulous tract into the adjacent fixed spleen has never been reported in the literature. A case report and a brief review of spontaneous splenic rupture and colonic perforation in Crohn's disease is presented. |
