异丙酚预处理对大鼠创伤脑组织的保护作用

摘    要:
目的探讨异丙酚预处理对大鼠创伤脑组织神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)含量的影响,评价异丙酚的脑保护作用。方法 25只SD大鼠,随机分为假手术组(A组5只)、单纯脑创伤组(B组10只)和创伤前2h异丙酚预处理组(C组10只),C组动物在创伤前腹腔注射异丙酚100mg/kg,采用SD大鼠局灶性创伤性脑损伤模型,于脑创伤后24h评估并记录动物的神经行为学评分,取大鼠脑组织行NSE测定。结果异丙酚预处理组神经行为学评分较单纯脑创伤组高(P<0.05),异丙酚预处理组脑组织中NSE含量明显低于单纯脑创伤组(P<0.05)。结论异丙酚可以降低脑创伤大鼠脑组织神经元特异性烯醇化酶的含量,减轻神经损害,创伤前2h异丙酚预处理可以改善大鼠脑创伤后的神经行为学评分,有明显的脑保护作用。
