| 摘 要： | 目的对比分析在阑尾炎治疗中,腹腔镜手术是否比开放手术具有更强的优势。方法随机对照研究腹腔镜手术与开放手术在手术时间、术后镇痛情况、住院时间、术后恢复活动时间、切口感染率等情况。结果腹腔镜手术组与开放手术组在手术时间上无明显差异,而在术后疼痛程度、恢复活动时间、住院天数、切口感染率等诸项指标前者优于者,差异有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜手术与传统开放手术相比,前者在阑尾炎术后恢复上占据优势,但是手术时间没有明显差异,而且费用昂贵,需要全面考虑。 |
