农村地区中老年妇女尿失禁的抽样调查与干预研究

目的了解奉贤农村地区中老年妇女压力性尿失禁的发病率、患者对疾病的认知程度,并提出相应干预措施,提高患者的生活质量。方法随机抽取奉贤东部地区的四团、头桥、奉城、塘外4个农村地区40岁以上的女性2000例作为研究对象,用布利斯托女性下尿路症状调查问卷及亚太地区尿控协会制定的问卷,采用面对面的方式进行调查,体格检查采用妇女病普查专用体检车,由专职妇产科医师进行体检,将有效的1860份调查资料作统计学处理。结果发现尿失禁者729例,占39.2%,其中压力性失禁者455例,占24.5%;多数人群不了解本病的有关知识。结论农村中老年妇女尿失禁的发病率较高,对尿失禁的了解基本处于无知或少知状态,有关部门应加强女性保健知识的宣教,提高中老年妇女对疾病的认识,减少尿失禁的发生率。
