| 摘 要： | 目的利用Meta分析方法对舒血宁注射液治疗脑梗死的临床试验进行分析,评价其治疗效果。方法检索1999年~2009年国内发表的舒血宁注射液治疗脑梗死的临床试验文献,对符合条件的文献进行Meta分析。结果 14篇文献被纳入系统评价,其中12篇用于评价临床疗效,总样本量1016例,OR=0.33(0.23,0.46),舒血宁注射液疗效优于对照组(P<0.001),且文献的一致性很好。结论舒血宁注射液对脑梗死治疗有效。 |
