| 摘 要： | 目的为临床经皮腘静脉插管造影术提供应用解剖学基础.方法观测60侧成人下肢的腘动脉、腘静脉及胫神经的位置关系以及腘静脉的体表定位等.结果在腘窝上段由内向外依次为腘动脉、腘静脉和胫神经,在腘窝中段上述结构逐渐移行,位置关系较为复杂,在腘窝下段由浅至深依次为胫神经、腘静脉和腘动脉.腘静脉的体表投影在腘窝与经过收肌结节最高点的水平线成(83.5±2.2)°夹角的直线,且该直线与水平线的交点距水平线与股二头肌腱交点为(2.3±0.7)cm.结论根据腘静脉与腘动脉、胫神经的位置关系,在腘窝上半部穿刺较安全,在腘窝下半部穿刺时易损伤胫神经和腘动脉. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical anatomy of transcutaneous popiteal vein contrast examination.Methods:The relationship of popiteal artery, popiteal vein and tibial nerve was observed on 60 sides adults lower limbs specimens.Results:The position of popiteal artery, popiteal vein and tibial nerve is from medial to lateral in superior part of popiteal fossa. But it turns to from deep to superficial in inferior part of popiteal fossa.Conclusion:It is safe to penetrate popiteal vein in superior part of popiteal fossa. |
