| 摘 要： | 目的研究中医肝郁脾虚证的症状分布和特征。方法应用临床流行病学(DME)方法,在全国15家中医三甲医院同步专家问卷调查。结果中医肝郁脾虚证最常见的5个症状依次是脉弦、胸胁胀闷、纳呆食少、舌苔白和神疲乏力。结论肝郁脾虚证问卷调查结果符合中医基本理论,为进一步的患者调查奠定了基础。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the symptom distribution and characteristics of the syndrome of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency.Method The method of clinical epidemiology-DME were used to survey the experts in 15 TCM hospitals.Results The most common symptoms of the syndrome of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency were wiry pulse, distension and fullness in chest and hypochondrium, reduced appetite, whitish tongue coating and fatigue.Conclusion The results of the questionnaire are in accord with the basic theory of TCM,which has laid a foundation for the further investigation in patients. |
