广东省HIV/AIDS流行病学研究

目的分析广东省1986～1999年HIV/AIDS流行情况,为广东省艾滋病控制策略提供依据.方法分析全省的艾滋病常规监测、哨点监测及实验室资料.结果广东省1986年发现首例输入性艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者,至1999年11月10日共检出HIV抗体阳性者774例,其中艾滋病(AIDS)病人59例.1990年前发现的HIV感染者为境外人士,1990年首次发现广东省籍HIV感染者,1990～1996年期间广东省籍HIV感染者中77.1%为出境归来人员在境外通过性接触感染;1996年首次从广东省籍静脉吸毒(IDU)者中检出HIV感染者,IDU已成为目前全省HIV传播的主要途径,感染比例为73.3%.HIV-1C亚型为广东省主要流行株.结论广东省HIV/AIDS疫情已进入快速增长期,性乱人群将成为另一个HIV高感染率人群.

Epidemiological Study on HIV/AIDS in Guangdong Province

Objective To Analyze the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Guangdong province from 1986 to 1999 and provide the evidence for HIV/AIDS prevention and control in Guangdong. Methods The data of the routine and sentinel surveillance, as well as the laboratory record were analyzed. Results From 1986, when the first import HIV infection was identified in Guangdong, to November 10, 1999, a total of 774 HIV infected individuals were found in Guangdong, among whom 59 ones had developed AIDS. The HIV infections and AIDS found beffore 1990 in Guangdong all were foreigners and, the first local HIV infection was identified in 1990. From 1990 to 1996, 77. 1% of HIV infections and AIDS in Guangdong were Chinese coming back from abroad, who acquired HIV through sex overseas. The first IDU HIV infection in Guangdong was detected in 1996, which is now predominant route of HIV transmission, accounting for 73. 3% of the total HIV infections in Guangdong. HIV -1C subtype is prevalent in Guangong by the survey on HIV molecular epidemiology in Guangdong. Conclusion The HIV/AIDS epidemic in Guangdong has been increasing rapidly and, the population with sexually promiscuous behaviors will become another group with high rate of HIV infection.
