射频联合全身化疗治疗肝肿瘤的坏死范围及安全性

比较射频联合全身化疗和单独射频治疗肝肿瘤的坏死范围及安全性。分析 6 3例原发性和转移性肝癌患者 ,其中 2 8例接受经射频联合全身化疗治疗 ,另外 35例接受单独射频治疗。两组治疗疗效均由治疗后一个月的螺旋CT增强扫描评估。相对大肝癌组中联合化疗和单独射频两组的坏死范围有显著统计学差异 ;各组的安全性指标均无显著统计学差异。射频治疗肝肿瘤是安全有效的 ,与单独射频毁损治疗相比较 ,联合全身化疗后射频毁损治疗在治疗相对大肝癌时能增大肿瘤坏死范围 ,并且比较安全

Necrosis range and safety of radiofrequency combined with systemic chemotherapy and radiofrequency alone

To compare a short term efficacy and safety of radiofrequency combined with systemic chemotherapy with those of radiofrequency alone in patients with primary and secondary hepatic cancer. The study population consisted of 63 patients with primary or secondary hepatic cancer. Among these, 28 patients were treated with radiofrequency combined with systemic chemotherapy and the remaining 35 patients were treated with radiofrequency alone. All patients were followed up using contrast-enhanced computed tomography 1 month after treatment. There were significant differences in the necrosis range between radiofrequency combined with systemic chemotherapy and radiofrequency alone in larger hepatic cancer group. There were no significant differences in the target of safety in all groups. Radiofrequency is effective and safe in treating hepatic cancer. Radiofrequency combined with systemic chemotherapy could increase tumor destruction in treating larger hepatic cancer group compared with radiofrequency alone and this combination is relatively safe.
