摘    要:血流动力学在以血管重构为特征的动脉粥样硬化病理学过程中起着重要作用,可以通过调节内皮细胞功能,调节血管活性物质的合成、分泌和表达,影响脂蛋白和其他大分子物质在血管壁的吸收和代谢,进而影响血管的结构和功能重建。研究动脉粥样硬化过程中血管重构和血流动力学变化的规律及其评价手段,对了解和掌握心脑血管病的发病机制和早期预防有重要意义。

Abstract:Hemodynamics play an important role in the process of atherosclerotic pathology, which is characterized by vascular remodeling. Hemodynamics affect the absorption and metabolism of lipoprotein and other macromolecular substances on the vessel walls by regulating endothelial function, and regulating synthesis, secretion and expression of vascular active substances, and further affect the remodeling of vascular structure and function. The study of the vascular remodeling, the change law of hemodynamics and their evaluation measures in the process of atherosclerosis is of great significance for understanding and controlling the pathogenesis of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases and early prevention.
